A premium oak-aged style of Sauvignon Blanc sourced exclusively from several parcels of vines from the lower terrace of the Te Muna Road vineyard in Martinborough.
Fruit was 15% hand harvested and 90% destemmed. Fermented in combination of French oak cuves, French oak barriques and stainless steel tanks; inoculated and indigenous fermentation. Four months maturation in 3% new French oak barriques, with fining and filtration prior to bottling.
A premium oak-aged style of Sauvignon Blanc. Opulent aromatics with notes of white peach, citrus blossom, honeysuckle and kaffir lime. Harmonious and rich on the palate with ripe citrus and fresh apple and a layered, dry, textural feel.
