100% Sauvignon Blanc fruit grown in the Marlborough region. Meticulous viticultural practices include low cropping and hand-harvested grapes.
Fruit was hand-picked from eight of Dog Point's own vineyards within the Wairau Valley. Cropped at an average of 7.5 tonnes/hectare, the fruit was whole bunch pressed, cold settled before fermentation, with 2 to 3 months ageing in stainless steel tanks. A portion was fermented using indigenous yeast. Bottled without fining.
Vibrant perfumed Sauvignon Blanc characterised by freshly squeezed citrus and dried herbs. The palate is juicy with fresh, upfront acidity followed by a soft, round texture.
