Fruit was picked at night to retain freshness, and all blocks and picks were kept separate to maintain individuality. Fermented in stainless steel tanks with a small portion of wild ferment.
Lush aromas of pineapple, kaffir lime leaves, elderflower and lychee explode from the glass. The palate is rich, offering fresh green mango, passionfruit and guava. The finish is persistent and coupled with the classic Isabel wet-stone minerality, making this wine extremely refreshing with deliciously balanced acidity.
