100% Pinot Gris from different vineyard locations within the two main valleys in the Marlborough region.
Fruit was machine harvested at night and pressed immediately. After settling the juice was inoculated with a pure yeast strain. The wine was tank fermented and went through partial malolactic fermentation. Oxidatively handled and cool fermented to dryness using selected yeast strains, then blended, stabilised, filtered and bottled.
Wonderfully lifted aromatics of pear and Braeburn apples with pleasant hints of spice. The palate is well balanced with ripe fruit flavours of pears, honeysuckle and hints of orange. Finishes soft and round.
