100% Sauvignon Blanc sourced from three vineyards in Bannockburn, on the south side of the Kawarau River in the southern Cromwell basin, Central Otago.
Fruit was hand-harvested and reductively handled during processing, then gently pressed and racked clean. Fermented cold in stainless steel and remained on gross lees for 4 months post ferment whilst being stirred weekly.
Lovely tropical aromatics of passionfruit and melon with background notes of dried hay. These flavours are replicated on the palate, moving into a full-textured rich finish with lingering minerality.
