Upon harvest the fruit was 69% wild yeast fermented, aged 9 months in 30% new French oak barriques on lees with 69% malolactic fermentation.
Rich stonefruit and citrus fruit aromas, harmoniously integrated with nutty, toasty oak and nuances of flinty complexity. The palate is medium-bodied and elegantly proportioned; rich and well-concentrated flavours of ripe citrus and stonefruits are complemented by attractive biscuit, toast and nutty layers. The mouthfeel is fresh and lively with excellent acid tension and energy. A finely textured and concentrated finish.
