100% Pinot Gris sourced from vineyards in the Dustbowl and Gibbston Valley Back Road regions of Central Otago.
Hand-picked grapes were fermented with minimal handling on gross solids in stainless steel tanks at approx 14ºC to retain aromatics and finesse. Stopped at each parcel's point of sugar and acid balance, then racked and blended.
Bright stone fruit, ripe peach, nectarine and Nashi pear aromas herald a vibrantly fruity off-dry palate, layered over a rich and supple mouthfeel. A firm backbone of acid leads into very long, fruity finish.
