100% Sauvignon Blanc sourced from a number of carefully selected vineyards in the Marlborough region.
Grapes were pressed with minimal skin contact, and then cool fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks to retain the naturally fruity characters. The Tuatara range is produced by the Saint Clair Family Estate, and designed to be both great value and food friendly.
Nicely rounded and fresh with delicate aromas, this is a dry, light bodied crisp wine with gooseberry, passion fruit and grassy notes. A delicious summer aperitif.
