100% Sauvignon Blanc from vineyards in the lower Wairau Valley of Marborough.
Only the very best parcels are used for this Wairau Reserve wine. After harvest, the juice was pressed off immediately. After settling it was fermented in stainless steel using a selected yeast. Fermentation was carried out at cool temperatures to retain varietal characters and freshness.
Intensely fragrant aromas of passionfruit, blackcurrant bud and gooseberry, with notes of tarragon and flint. The palate is rich and salty with tropical fruits, crushed minerals and wonderful length.
