93% Sauvignon blanc 7% Semillion from the Noa and Raupo Creek vineyard located in the Southern alleys area of Marlborough.
Grapes were picked from different blocks and hand-sorted with whole bunch pressing. Each block of grapes was naturally fermented separately using wild yeast, with small portion aged in barrel.
Subtle on the nose with warm notes of ripe yellow stone fruit, soft passionfruit and chalky-mineral complexity. The palate is layered and finely textured, with ripe gooseberry, tropical and citrus notes, framed by mouthwatering acidity, which creates a persistent finish.
