100% Sauvignon Blanc from vineyards located on the plains in the Wairau Valley of Marlborough.
Fruit was picked in cool temperatures to retain fruit quality. After fermentation at a low temperature, the wine was allowed time sitting on yeast lees to give greater palate depth and complexity.
Winemaker's Comments
Momo translates as 'offspring' in Maori; so-called because this is a second range produced by Seresin Estate. It displays aromas of tropical fruit and ripe pear, with herbaceous notes and a hint of chalky minerality. A textural and rich palate with subtle notes of lemon zest and passionfruit. Finishes long, crisp and dry.
