100% Sauvignon Blanc grown predominantly in the the Wairau Valley, with some from the Awatere Valley, both located in the Marlborough region.
Fruit was gently pressed and juice cool-fermented to retain flavour and aroma. Lees ageing of some components prior to bottling has developed mid-palate weight, adding to the intense fruit characters.
Intense aromas of passionfruit and citrus lead into a palate showing vibrant and generous tropical fruit flavours. An approachable and distinctive wine that expresses classic Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc characters.
