100% Sauvignon Gris hand-picked from the Fletcher Vineyard in the Wairau Valley of Marlborough.
Fruit was whole cluster pressed to allow delicate pure juice for fermentation. Grapes were fermented in stainless steel tanks with aromatic enhancing yeast strains at 16-18ºC to retain fruit purity.
Captivating aromas of citrus, nectarine and pineapple dominate, with a mineral wet stone undertone. The palate is textured exhibiting a medley of stonefruit and pear intertwined with a herbal nuance, a subtle sweet core and a fine-beaded acidity.
