New Zealand Pinot Noir - New Zealand is one of the few countries to have successfully come to grips with this supremely aristocratic grape variety. In its youth, the flavours are of strawberries and raspberries with a dash of sweetness. Mature Pinot Noir can be incredibly complex, displaying red berry fruits, violets, coffee, tobacco and truffly forest floor notes. Wonderful with cheeses and delicately cooked red meats.
