Made from a selection of two varieties, Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir, grown in the Marlborough region.
The grapes spent a few hours on skins to extract the delicate flavours, aromatics and colour, and was then carefully pressed. After settling it was fermented in 100% stainless steel at cooler temperatures to retain fruit flavour and freshness. After fermentation, it was stabilized and bottled.
Fresh red berry aromas of strawberry, cranberry and fresh ripe watermelon. A fresh and luscious palate with bright sweet strawberries, watermelon and red cherry. Well balanced fresh acidity ensures a round elegant palate and a lingering finish.
