100% Pinot Noir from Central Otago vineyards, specifically 55% Bendigo, 37% Pisa and 8% Gibbston.
Fruit was hand harvested, 30% with 10-30% whole bunch ferment, the remainder carefully destemmed carefully. Fermented in 7T open top fermenters with 10 months maturation in French oak.
Silky and elegant with dark red cherry, spice and blackcurrant. This is a style that combines purity and elegance with texture, concentration and length. A true reflection of the three Central Otago sub-regions that contribute to Peregrine's Pinot Noir.
