This Rose is made from a combination of vineyard parcels drawn from throughout the east coast regions of New Zealand.
Following harvesting and gentle crushing, a portion of the parcels received extended skin contact to extract colour from the berry skins, with the balance pressed straight to tank. Fermentation of the individual parcels in stainless steel tanks was kept cool to preserve freshness and aromatics. The delicate salmon-pink hue has been carefully managed throughout the process to ensure it remains true and bright.
A fragrant bouquet of fresh rose petals, confectionery, strawberry and guava notes dominate the nose. An intensely flavoured palate with lovely richness, finishing balanced and polished. A dry styled wine which is fantastic for warm summer days.
